Ventus Rosa – Bora penthouse is an apartment that offers its guests a special luxury vacation experience with carefully selected contents. We are located in a newly built building that takes your breath away with its modern appearance, in the immediate vicinity of the beach, the center of Zadar and its historical sights, and at the same time, without the city crowds, we give our visitors an absolute sense of privacy.

Right here you will find a kind of oasis to relax while enjoying a hot tub big enough for all guests. In addition, there are deckchairs for sunbathing, a large corner sofa and a bar, all with a beautiful view of the famous Zadar sunset.
