Our facility
Ventus Rosa is located in the immediate vicinity of the center of Zadar. The newly built building in which our three apartments are located, apart from being aesthetically attractive, stands out for its contemporary design and features that make it unique in the wider area. During construction, high-quality materials, practical location and proximity to all attractive tourist facilities were carefully considered. The building itself is energy efficient, ecologically sustainable and equipped with security systems.
Content of the apartment
When decorating the interior and choosing furniture, we tried to reach the highest level of comfort and practicality for all future guests. Each apartment boasts an excellent layout, spacious rooms and an open concept that facilitates living and socializing. We strive for an impeccable standard of cleanliness and apartment maintenance. All textiles such as bed linen, towels, curtains and decorations are the product of a Croatian company and are made according to the needs of your ideal holiday. In addition to the above, we tried to leave a personal touch when decorating, so we made all the wall paintings on canvas by hand and planted all the decorative plants ourselves.
Services of our accommodation
If you wish to do so, we offer cleaning of the entire apartment during your stay. We provide our guests with enough towels and clean bed linen for the duration of the entire visit, but we also offer additional sets of our textiles if you need it. Our guests with small children also have cots with bedding for the child and a feeder for a more comfortable stay.
